3:00 p.m. Third Sunday of the month: service at Harry Lawson Court
The senior citizens of this residence give the people of Bethel a bigger welcome than many younger groups ever do. Although most of them are unable to get to the services at Bethel, they very much feel a part of our church. They are eager to collect money for the church, and do little jobs like arranging flowers for the church.

Monday

Homemakers: Meeting on the first Monday of each month, ladies open their homes to explore practical ways of reaching friends and neighbours. Sometimes they go out. Occasionally, a bigger meeting is held in the church.

Men's group: Meeting on the second Monday of each month for a variety of activities.

Tuesday

7:00 - 8:00 a.m. Early morning prayers

Tuesday / Wednesday

House groups: Different groups meet on Tuesday evening, Wednesday afternoon, and Wednesday evening.

Thursday

7:30 p.m. Conversational English: friendly and informal classes aimed at those for whom English is not their first language. On different evenings, the group has discussed issues like going shopping, buying train tickets, filling in forms. The group also plays games together. There have been occasional nights out, for a barbecue or to a school musical production. Whilst the objective is for members at Bethel to help migrant workers to gain English language skills, those members at Bethel have also been learning some foreign language and culture themselves!

Friday

10:30 a.m. Mums and Tots, meeting for several short terms each year. All young children along with their Mums, Dads, or Grandparents are welcome. There is no subscription or entry fee. In a relaxed atmosphere, the children make crafts such as goldfish and flower arrangements. There is a huge range of toys. In the sports hall, the children are encouraged to run up and down, and to catch balls. Please contact us for more information.

8:00 p.m. Prayer Meeting.
